Many of your health issues may be related to poor digestion and your ability to breakdown proteins, carbohydrates and fats. A lack of digestive enzymes and hydrochloic acid produced by your stomach and small intestine could be the cause. Adding a good digestive enzymes could be very helpful, as well as, looking at possible food allergies, food combining and adding a good probiotic.
FYI…the biggest cause of digestive problems are a lack of both digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid (HCL)…it is Not too much acid as mainstream medicine preaches. It is hard for your body to make HCL when you are stressed and in that ‘fight or flight’ mode! This is why additional HCL and digestive enzymes can be extremely important for anyone struggling with digestive issues.

Your digestive system is in need of help and is contributing (is at the root) to many other health problems aside from the obvious one’s, such as fatigue, hormonal imbalances, headaches, joint pain, arthritis, allergies, sinusitis, etc. and could be contributing to that vicious cycle.
